BCS Preliminary Exam Syllabus

Syllabus of BCS preliminary examination has published. As we know from 35th BCS, candidate have to sit for 200 marks  Preliminary exam.

From this year, the marks in preliminary exams have been raised to 200 from 100 and test time has been increased to two hours from one hour.

Through changes in rules, pass marks in preliminary exams, held under multiple choice questions (MCQ), has been increased to 50 percent from 40 percent.

However, pass marks in written exams remain unchanged at 50 percent. But for technical and both cadre candidate have to get at least 50% marks on their post related subject in order to qualify for technical/professional job.
